Delete account and data
You can delete phone data or your cloud account. Each is removed from its own location.
Phone data
Open Mahwarak, then go to Settings › Data › Delete data. Data on the phone is removed immediately.
Cloud account
Go to Settings › Account › Delete cloud account. You can also email privacy@mahwarak.com from the address linked to the account. Email requests are completed within 30 days.
What is deleted?
- The cloud account and its server data.
- Phone data remains until you delete it on the phone.
- Backup files you saved remain until you delete them from their storage location.
